ctm ctm - first day is going well, head is spinning a bit - but doing alot of things differently than my normal day & it is helping. Plus I got really mad & that helped. Maybe if you get time you can read my blog today & let me know what you think. Hope I am not feeling to terribly abnormal - but my focus is helping for now.
