THERESA18 I started smoking at a young age as well. I was not a full time smoker until my late teens but still a smoker. I am on day 7. I find myself wanting to snack on candies instead of smoking which is not good either. I work out 5 days a week though already and I am ready to inrease my workout. You can do it! We can fight this terrible expensive addiction!
