I try not to keep a record of my quit...i try to keep my mind occupied on other things, its about 3 to four weeks since i took a puff, my daughter krissy helps me alot, and Jessica too, hangin out with Sam is the best medicine i found so far to stop smoking. i'm so proud of you!!!
