Giulia Hello Giulia, no excuses, but I started smoking again a month ago. Now I have to begin again and suffer the consequences. Maybe the timing was not the perfect one since I had many family trouble around. Now I am in a better phase, thanks God! My quitting day is today al 5 o'clock and I'm sure this time will be the definitive.I have lupus so cigarette smoking is lethal for me. I'll be looking for you ando my other friends for support!
