Marcie_free_since_4-4-11 Thank you so much for the inspiration, I know I can do it, and this time I am going to do it. You make sense about the choice I have right now before I "have" to quit. My mother died of lung cancer, it will be a year April 7th, so you think I would have quit then, but nooooo....I need a cigarette more than anything and this past year has been so hard. I will do this and feel healthy again. Thanks or your support.
