Kathy3 Hi kathy, I know exactly how you feel. There is that part that doesn't ( or didn't) want to do this. That's the part that enjoys smoking...it's that part that's hard to give up. Always a sacrifice right? I just keep thinking of the benefits. they by far outweigh the pleasure of smoking. You have every right to be angry...DAMN CIGERETTES!!! you're doing it...keep it up.
