Kalaine Hi Kalaine, Things are going very well from a non-smoking perspective. I just finished day 15 I'm really starting to enjoy being an ex! I have been having some lower back pain (completely off the topic) which I think is a result of a very old mattress. We're going shopping for a new one this week. Hope you're doing well!
