GMvirtual_Gina Thanks for the comment. I do feel like it's this mind game that I find I indulge in. On and off. I flirt with the idea of quitting and when I get to the point, I get to focused on the "destination" not the "journey" that it'll talk me on. It's stressful being in this situation, not wanting to smoke and then smoking and telling myself Well maybe tomorrow. I am going to take your advice and smoke tonight and then tomorrow just wake up and focus on each moment as it comes. Thank you so much for your words and wisdom.
