Renee108 Thanks so much for being my friend on here! My quit date is 9/29. I've been doing a lot of self-talk and preparation. Last night, I did not have my usual smoke before bed and did not smoke first thing in the morning. I'm purposefully not smoking when I feel the automatic urge (some of the time). This quit is going to be a success.
