Edith2 Edith thanks for the support, I hadn't quit on the date you viewed but I have quit since 5:30 on feb10th, I feel great and it hasn't been easy but not as hard as i thought this time either. I don't want to go back to smoking, it doesn't help in any way and it just is bad bad bad and its time for me to face up to the truth not the lies.
