raystahl68 Well I'm just trying to stay smoke free, I can't figure out how ppl gain lbs. I do so much now to stay smokeless I can't sleep! Thanks for the patches, their a big help. Sorry I haven't been on much, just trying to stay busy, As long as I stay busy, the cravings don't bother me. I hope they stop before long.
