Bobbi9 I am still trying to figure this site out, so it took me awhile to find the spot to reply on the message board. I am really gonna have to limit my pops, because I need to lose 30 pounds now, and quitting smoking could make that situation worse. I just started "walking" again, which did wonders for me before, so I'm hoping it will again.
