jojo29 jojo. thanks for the encouragement, I really appreciate it. I am happy to hear from someone who was smoked like I did (too long, and too much) but has quit as long as you have, and is still glad they quit. I think I have to accept that craving will always be a part of my life, but as you said they get fewer and weaker with time. By the way my middle name is JO. Thanks again for the words. PJ58
