philli-D I am really tired. Took a nap today and went to the gym. Not feeling like I want to talk to anyone. My patch fell off and I didn't even know it until I took a shower. I am NOT going to smoke and I love this site. Every time I need some encouragement I just log on. Thanks for asking.
