sandra15 Hi Sandra, Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. My laptop crashed and I had a bad cold, no not the swine flu. And then I had houseguests for Jazzfest, but I'm finally back online. I flew up to New York last Saturday and fly back to New Orleans Monday, just a quick family visit and a little work in Pennsylvania. New York makes it harder for smokers but it's allowed in public outside. Still it's better than New Orleans which still allows smoking in bars and clubs. Louisiana has a long way to go. I am glad to hear you are sticking with your quit. It's not easy but it does get easier so just remember: Never a single puff. The cravings dissipate and life is so much better being an Ex Smoker.
