ImaDeer_Quit_January_2007 Hey Thank you for your comment on my post. I'm at about 7-8 a day, I smoke American Spirits and they take forever anyway to smoke. But what I've taken from what you said is that while I'm doing this "prepare" thing I need to switch up my routine, and get to about 5 a day till my quit date. Thanks for your advice! I seriously do appreciate any tips or strategies 🙂
