I want A cigarette. A cigarette isn't just A cigarette though so it's NOT happening. Chilling in bed til cardio-drumming at 5:30 (Woot! Woot!) Head has been really funny feeling today. DizzE.

I know this is hard.  I was reading some of my early posts today.  I wanted a cigarette too.  But coming here helped me to get  past this part.   I know you can do this because you'll you'll never give up.  Stay busy!

I seriously thought I might lose my mind in the early days of my quit but I found that coming here every morning and every evening kept me going.  I read blogs, commented, blogged myself and at some point, I realized that I had just gone through a particularly stressful time and I had never even THOUGHT of smoking.  Then that started to happen more and more.  You are doing great!
