Ndudkowski Hello all,I am doing great! Apparently, I have "been blogging in all of the wrong place." I have written posts and have no clue where they went. I have 33 days. I used a patch for two days, then cold turkey. My breathing has improved ten-fold. This is hard. I usually am successful for the first few weeks but then always start again, which now I know is defiance (addictive characteristic) because I did all my reading.
