nafree Hola! I'm hanging in. Some hours are relatively easy and some hard. I'm looking at cutting back as a dress rehearsal, and I think that aspect of it is mostly working. It's making me more conscious of my smoking triggers, and generally more aware. To avoid the "constant withdrawal" thing you mentioned, which I experienced when I started cutting back, been timing my smokes using alarm on my Iwatch. So, taking the total hours I'll be awake and dividing them among my allotment, etc. Thanks for the Napoleon Hill quote! 🙂
