mikehvac1-3 9:18 am and not one cigarette. I hope its ok to to count hours and minutes first couple of days. I started the patch this morning and instead of starting out with coffee as I usually do I had green tea out of the Keurig and i must admit it is pretty good. Have a great day everyone.
