Edith2 Hello Edith. I like you page also, it makes me think the place in my mind I go when I am unable to find peace outside of it. In your profile you mention other thinkgs you may have smoked, I am an 8 year sober addict of speed. I can honestly say that for me it was easier to quit that than it is to quit smoking. I am extremely emotional and I shake constantly, any suggestions? I have tried every thing that I did in NA, but for some reason it is not helping my to control these emotional outburst. I have not had a cig since Oct 10, but lord knows I want one.
