Michelle110 I feel like a fuckin loser, this is such a mind fuck it's not even funny this is day 5 for me and I blew it this morning, I had a smoke! I am so pissed at myself!!! I know I can do this!! WTF!!! It just all seems so different, so weird, to not be smoking, I actually talked myself into having one! I am being horrible to my family, I am so crabby and nasty I can't stand myself (this is rambling) sorry....I guess I must move on from here....I am so glad to know that you are all here because it always feels like no one knows what you are going through.-thanks!
