Raymond_Clark Hi Ray,Just read a little about you and you asked for help in quitting,I have some advise that worked for me.I got hypnotised and this guy is great,I haven't smoked since April 16th of '08'.Go to DonMannarino.com He is in different parts of Ohio all the time,I paid $60.00,and was there for 1 hour with about 10 others in the room.I have at least 4 friends who took my advise and quit for over a year.Just a bit of info, Good Luck !!!
