mediteranian1 Hi,I'm new here. I quit smoking April 1st 2013 and no,not as a joke. Tomorrow will mark full 4days for me. I'm proud but so scared at the same time. I'm using the patch and its working,i still think about smoking sometimes but it hasn't been bad yet.the first day i had a horrible headache the whole day.....guess that's normal considering I've been smoking for 18 years. I'm 35 and have two beautiful kids, my son who is 8 constantly begs me to stop, so i had to,for him 🙂 . Today was hard, i cried a little but once the craving went away so did the tears. Hope i can do this......I'm just so scared of failing.
