Claudia2 Hi Claudia, don't beat yourself up just pick up where you were, try to keep your mind on the high of taking care of yourself and being healthy!! Have you tried any replacements, I'm using the step 2 patch for a couple of weeks to take the edge off. Take care and be good to yourself 🙂
