Edith2 Thanks for the email. Your page is very cool. About 6 weeks ago I identified my targets, told friends of my intention to quit, cut way down, but didn't set a quit date and slid back into smoking like I had before. I am setting tomorrow as my quit date. There is no excuse. I hate that I smoke. I will come back here for encouragement. Thanks Marilyn
