honeydippedxo great job quitting. If you dont notice benefits it may be because you quit IN TIME. Thats good. My biggest fear was that I would not be able to quit and then I would be forced to quit because of something terrible like lung cancer copd or emphasema. (like my mom) I wanted to quit while I still had the CHOICE to quit. I just celebrated my 1 year and its amazing because I never knew i could quit! If I would have known I had it in me I would have done it years ago 🙂 Anyways, I came by to tell you that you have 50 days coming up next Wednesday! AWESOME!
