Angel6 Hi Angel, I thought I stop in and see how your day went today. I didn't do as well as I had hoped to, but I know I have the strength. Funny thing is every time I smoked I was like this is so dumb why am I smoking I know how to get passed this. Yet I did it anyways. I think I'm going to start brushing my teeth with Crest Pro Health right before I smoke. It taste so nasty when you smoke right after using that kind. Maybe that will give me back the feeling that I got when I first started smoking...the "not really sure why I'm doing this but oh well. " Anyways, hope your doing well! Support Hugs from Florida.
