Maiavab Hi all - really desperate for some guidance. I live alone and its hard to track cigarettes with a busy work schedule and no help with chores or errands. My plan is to begin where I can which is address unnecessary stress, buy a hookah and quit smoking in the house. That is where I am today. Has anybody been there? Too stressed to let go completely?
