I have several links on my page to reading materials - feel free to visit and use them to learn about the nicotine addiction and you. Please consider putting some info in the about me section here on your page. And then when you are ready go to the blogs (we all hang out there) and let all the others know you are here. There is such a vast amount of support - you'll be amazed! 2 things I always remind people 1) Drink plenty of water - the colder the better and 2)try stretching exercises when the tension begins to build in your arms or where ever. For many people, it's the arms. So congrats again and if I can help just let me know. BTW I am over 2 years quit now! I love feeling so much better not to mention all the other things like smelling and such. Be well and learn!
