lois2 Thanks, Lois - I hope you are doing better - if you haven't tried Chantix I would seriously recommend it. For the first time I have not had any of the climbing-the-wall-wanting-to-scream cravings this time around, not to mention no panic attacks and sleeplessness. For me this stuff has really been a wonder drug! I have smoked for 35 years and I really think I can do it this time......
