Becky16 I'm doing good , its been 10 days . I will get the usual triggers and i talk myself out of them, it takes work, but any goal takes alot of work. I will quit this time . I'm glad that i joined this site it helps you stay focused. I wish that i had more time to spend on the computer though. This winter i will be able to. how are you?
