Kim50 Well, I picked a quit date of Sept 29th. Im gonna try and ween off little by little. This weekend was pretty bad. Not gonna give up though. its after 1pm and I only smoked 4 cigs. usually I would have had about 7 or 8. How bout U? Still hangin in there?
