llgeorge Today has been a hard day without my trusty smokes. I wish the days got easier, but it seems they may all be different. I believe that if I had not had surgery on my mouth Friday I would have already smoked. I have found my cravings are stronger when I first wake in the morning and right before bed. I need to change up my routines. N.O.P.E. 3rd day without smoke
