LiAnna-Torres Day 3 on Chantix is not going so good. Woke up having an asthma attack and all I could think of was catching my breath long enough to have a cig. Ugh!! Really looking foward to the day I don't have the urge. Soon I hope. Just completed my daily acvity and it is amazing the reasons I want to quite. I am not a selfish person but most of my reasons to quite are very selfish but I guess that is ok considering smoking is a very selfish activity when you think about it. One think I noticed in doing yersterdays activity (wirting down when where and why) caused me to think twice each time I smoked and therefore I smoked less. Astep forward. Good luck to all attempting and successful at quiting.
