Edith2 I know what you mean, you sound like me. At least I quit drinking, mlet me have my smokes. I know I will feel better. My husband and I walk our dogs in the evening(actually,they walk us) and I am out of breath before we can make it around the block! Don't ask me to walk up a hill, God forbid I ever have to run for my life!!! lol So, what do I do? Pick a quit date and try to be smoke free by then or.....?
