Edith2 Thanks, Edith. I am really glad I found this site as well. It has helped me already, and I feel so much more confident about quitting. I am also on facebook, and have told my friends there that I am quitting...it's funny, all the people I went to high school with in NY used to smoke, and used to smoke with ME in the woods....so they are all really encouraging too!!! I am even in touch with my friend who started smoking with me when we were 13! She's been smoke free for over 15 or 20 years.......
