Edith2 Thanks, Edith, this is a great site! I appreciate your support in my challenge. I am ready to get rid of those nasty, smelly, horrible death sticks. I am also a singer, and I can't wait to hear my voice smoke-free! When I tried to quit before there was no internet.....yeh that's right! 🙂 I am surrounded by smokers, and I hope that my husband really does quit with me, but I am committed. I want to be smoke-free! Thanks for your encouragement. I feel a lot better and have less anxiety and fear about quitting.
