Ryan11 This is day 2 for me and I am not using any meds because I hate to take those things. This time I decided to do more research and see what is out there for me. Also I plan to use my mind. In my state there is a commercial about this from the state. I checked into the web site and found a local support group I can join and that will get me out of the house. I am a housewife and I am always bored, this may help me not be so bored. But before I do that I need to clean house another thing I don't like. Thank you, Leanne K
