Michele7 Thanks Michele. Seeing those nasty pics everyday reminds me what I don't want in my life anymore. You know I quit before and I felt like I was "hiding" from cigarettes, today I am standing up and fighting them. I even kept a pack around just to taunt myself to see what strong will I had. I never touched one. You can do it too. I believe you can make a change for the better.
