laurhen Hi Leeza how are you? I find myself with the cig tracker that the worst times are the coffee mornings lol. I usually have my first cig at 5am but this morning I changed it up and took a shower and got ready for work this morning and then had my coffee so I did not have my first cig until 6am . I guess that is a start. The medicine does help with the cravings a little bit. I will have the house to my self this weekend so I am going to quit and start the patch . I know I can do this 😞
