Miles Oh, forgot to ask- did you start out with any nicotine replacement at first and then wean off, or did you go straight to no-nicotine- period? I've only been smoke-free two days so far, but I've tried chewing nicotine gum for several weeks, dnd have been the past two days. Do you think it is better one way or the other?
