Karen6 Karen, Your post on June Quitters was great! Thanks for the ideas on how to distract yourself. I am gonna write these down and carry them with me.(it seems i have a onetrack mind in the midst of a craviing;) I guess smoking has been my hobby for so long I don't really know what is to do with myself!
