kristina.maley I have to. My husband has breathing problems and has never smoked in his life. I have 5 pets and I can't breathe myself when I go up and down the stairs. I'm 46 years old and just in bad shape. I just lost 60 lbs. Went from 210 lbs to 150!! Now I need to quit. My friends tell me I can't do it. They are not very supportive. I will show them. and I will make myself proud. Looking forward to day 3
