Ellen5 Hi Ellen, I know how the sneaking around is, did that with my husband. This time I told him I was quiting again but that I couldn't promise that it would be the last time so don't be disappointed if I don't make it. I know that's a bad attitude but I've tried so many times before and failed. I quit last Wed, the 16th. I started on the patch but then I check out the whyquit.com web site that Jackie suggested and I stopped the patch on Fri and will be 72 hours nicotine free by 4:00 this afternoon!! I made it through the weekend, with by smoking friends and a few beers with no problem, so as long as no big stress get's me I should be fine. I will pop in the OVER 50's group. Thanks, Kris
