Kdru111 O.K it is now as i type this 9:39a.m with out a cigerette. Instead of lighting up I am writing about not having one because my usual activitie is to automatically light one up before I even wake up or have one to get me up! So Now I will check my other messages and take a shower instead. Thanks for the support. Kevin
