Kdru111 Day (3) three of not smoking. Today is an important day, in the past I would of had at least a half a pack getting ready for the days schedule, instead, I am having breakfast instead. Planning my route then enjoying the trip up there and back. I will let you know how it progresses, at least its been three days. later
