I wanted to let ya know i am back, and i want you to know that you were 100% right about something you said to me, and that was about how you decided to get rid of ALL addictions, and that nicotine IS an addiction. It hit me one day, i finally GOT it, i thought Kathy, Jim was right! I want to thank you for your words of wisdom, I now have a much better and clearer understanding of my OWN addictions. While i was 'ready' to quit last year as i told you, that was my heart speaking then, now I have my Head involved with the scenario. and i know it WILL work this time. It took me 2 hours of web surfing before i was able to find this web site again. I was desparate to get in touch with my fellow people on here, and you are the first one i came to, the next stop is Michael. My quit date is Aug the 9th.......I WANT to be able to be here and show others that it is possible........
