Paul2 Yes I can stay off them smokes as long as I remember that it's a one day at a time and not try to take to many things on at once it is a doable thing then. I just know that I cannot afoard to go back to smoking and not so much bevause of the money but because of my health is not all that great right now. I know that God can work marcials and He can heal the sick and I believe that He will heal my health as long as I don't smoke again. Kathleen
