lois2 Only over the counter store that cary them right now is Pilot truck stops. http://www.pilottravelcenters.com/Locations/Find_Locations/ Online site that I use to get the refill "juice" is http://www.e-smokeytreats.com/ When I bought mine they were $59 for the small one and $69 for the larger one. The small one took changing batteries and cartridges too often and I ended up getting the large one. That one goes all day on one battery and one cartridge. I still get cravings now and then but have learned to live with them and replaced with chewing gum. Good luck and hang in there!
